"First you’re going to start with 2 pieces of regular ol’ printer paper that are 6 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ square. You will also need 2 strips each of five different colors measuring 2 1/4″ wide by 9 1/4″ tall. Note that you CAN use smaller scraps on the corner pieces that are only 2 1/4″ wide by 3″ tall.
