DIAPER FOLD CARD

Morning all....

Vicky here today....and today is my first tutorial...so please be kind to me...lol...

So onto my Diaper fold card...and I have used the adorable Henry to help me along the way...

So onto my stash I have used...

 You can see I have used a mixture of punches..double sided card/paper...Copics & Prisma pencils to colour..some distress ink..tag and my bone folder and some stickles too..

First choose your card/paper and trim to 6 x 6 inch

and don' forget it must be double sided..

Fold your card/paper in half as shown above using your bone folder to create a nice, sharp edge..

Fold one edge of your card/paper over to create a point/triangle as shown above...

again using your bone folder to create a nice, straight edge..

Now bring in the corners of your card/paper as shown above making triangles...

again making sure they are nice sharp when doing so..

Finally fold the two edges of the card underneath the top triangle and fix with glue

or tape as show...now you can decorate..!

I have used a tag..but you can used a small card...or even fill with sweets..or a small gift..

I have stamp a sentiment and punched a flower as shown to decorate..a some distress ink for edging the card...

Then tucked the tag inside the fold...

and here is the finished piece..

I have finished decorating by using a small pearl heart...some stickles and Viva pearls too..
